The biggest problem in modern health care is people not doing what science has shown they should be doing

AND

people doing what science has shown they should not be doing.

We have a plan for that, an ACTION PLAN.
It comes from a Measurement program.
It is fine tuned and tweaked by a Tutorial Workshop program.

The multiple and various stories that would compose the persona of Victor Jean Ouellette follow. These are all written by myself not really intending on them being memoirs.

I took out the new web domain https://VictorJeanOuellette.com  to host this site March 7, 2020 at 1:35 pm and then took out the domain https://VictorOuellette.com as well.

Never having been a ‘One Trick Pony’ I have always had many things on the go. Each of the various facets of my story unfold below. These stories explain who I am, what I am passionate about and what makes me different.

We will likely delve into Social Psychology, Cognitive Biases, Light Philosophy, and for those so inclined to a proclivity toward anal-retentiveness, deep-boring, penetrating philosophy striking at the heart of the matter, existential existence, freedom and ethics.

These multiple stories will unfold on these pages in due time.

The Social Side

Dance Story Contemporary, Eclectic Dance.

Skiing Story Alpine Skiing with a wee bit of Cross Country in the mix early on.

Sailing Story Racing Keelboats, Victor’s only competitive sport.

Squash Story Exercise at its finest.

Pool Story I invented a new pool game to tech myself pool when I had a pool table readily available.

Cycling Story Socializing and seeing the country faster than walking.

Scuba Diving Story Exploring the under water milieu.

The Almost Flying Story Exploring the air, up four times.

Camping Story Teenage years were filled with camping and water skiing.

Philosophy Story Much to think about.

Once humans live in association with other humans then they lose certain rights. For instance, they lose the right to do anything they want. Their rights must not impose hardship on other people’s rights. Thus, compromise and consensus building takes form.

The Dating Story will remain in secret code for now, locked away within the deep recess encryption of the mind. LOL
